We retain your data only while your BeCareLink account is active.  If you no longer wish to use our services, you can delete your account via in-app functionality or by emailing us from your registered address.

  • All data is securely stored in a HIPAA-compliant cloud environment
  • Once your account is deleted, your personal data is removed from active systems within 30 days
  • We may retain minimal information only if required for:
    • Legal compliance
    • Security
    • Fraud prevention
    • Dispute resolution
